JUDGMENT

This writ Petition was filed by the petitioner, who was undergoing plus one course in St.George Higher Secondary School, Aruvithura. She has approached this court in this writ nd petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2 respondent Principal to permit her to continue her studies for plus one course based on Ext.P1 community certificate. 2.

By order dated 12.8.2009, this Court passed an interim nd respondent to permit the petitioner to order directing the 2 continue her studies on the basis of Ext.P1 community certificate, pending disposal of this writ petition.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner has not availed any monetary benefits under Ext.P1 community certificate for completing her studies and in such circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the same can be closed.

Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed . ANIL .K.NARENDRAN , JUDGE sks/
