J U D G M E N T

All that the petitioner prays is for regularisation of the mortgage loan and to defer the coercive steps. The petitioner has already remitted a sum of ` 60,000/- towards the dues pursuant to the interim order in this writ petition. It is reported that the defaulted arrears comes to about ` 63,000/-.

2. I permit the petitioner to pay the defaulted arrears (overdue amount) in 4 equal monthly instalments. The instalments shall be paid on the last working day in the months of August, September, October and November, 2015. The said amounts shall be paid in addition to the regular monthly instalments.

3. The coercive steps pursuant to Exts.P1 and P2 notices shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
