On 28.05.2015, when this writ petition came up for further consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that except an amount of Rs.22,000/- due towards D.A. arrears, the entire monetary benefits payable to the petitioner has already been released. On the aforesaid submission being made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions.
W.P.(C) No.28838 /2006
4. Today, when the case was taken up for further consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inspite of earnest efforts, he could not contact the petitioner.
In the above circumstances, recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that except an amount of Rs.22,000/- due towards D.A. arrears, the entire monetary benefits payable to the petitioner has already been released, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to disburse Rs.22,000/- due to the petitioner towards D.A. arrears within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the judgment.
