JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the second respondent to issue the renewal permit as granted by Ext.P1 judgment.

The petitioner is the driver cum holder of permit on the route between Karuvanthuruthy and Medical College in respect of vehicle KL-13/B 1605, which was an old and saved permit. The writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P3 violating the judgment in M.V.A.A.No.9 of 2015 passed by the learned Tribunal.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. As direction has been issued by the STAT as per Ext.P1 judgment, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to issue the renewal of permit to the petitioner in the light of Ext.P1 judgment within a period of two weeks from
W.P.(C) No.18697 of 2015 -2the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of this judgment before the second respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
