JUDGMENT

On 10.7.2015 it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner is no more and time may be granted to implead his legal heirs. Therefore the Writ Petition was posted after two weeks for further consideration. On 29.7.2015, when the case was listed before the Bench, none appeared for the petitioner. No steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Therefore the Writ Petition was ordered to be posted to next week.
