J U D G M E N T
Shaffique,J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. Petitioner is a stage carriage operator and according to him, he is plying a stage carriage with valid permit. According to the petitioner, he has certain disputes with the 4th respondent, another stage carriage operator who is threatening the petitioner. Petitioner prays for sufficient police protection against the threat of the 4th respondent. 2.
Counter affidavit has been filed by the 4th respondent rebutting the factual statements made by the petitioner. According to the 4th respondent, he has not threatened the petitioner in any manner.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the issue with reference to the petitioner
as well as the 4th respondent is with regard to the operation of the stage carriage and that no untoward incident had been reported after the filing of this writ petition. Having regard to the fact that no untoward incident had been reported after the filing of this writ petition, we do not find any reason to pass orders, as prayed for. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
