J U D G M E N T

The petitioner submits that he is in occupation of the land referred in Ext.P1 assignment application. The petitioner initially has been threatened by an eviction under the Land Conservancy Act. The petitioner submits that, that proceedings have come to an end.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 application within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
