The petitioner, who is working as a Pre-Primary Attender, is aggrieved by Ext.P2 order removing her from service with effect from 30.4.2014. Seeking reinstatement in service, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 representation before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation, within a stipulated time frame, after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition as also a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent, for further action. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE prp
