JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the loan account has been regularised and the petitioner has resumed paying the monthly instalments. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank has not contradicted the said statement. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that in view of the regularisation of the petitioner's loan account, nothing survives in the writ petition.
