JUDGMENT

The petitioner contends that the part time administrator has been clinging on to office for long. The petitioner asserts that the election to the second respondent Society cannot be delayed indefinitely. Ext.P1 petition filed by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the third respondent Joint Registrar.

I direct the third respondent to consider Ext.P1 petition with notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent Society. Orders shall be passed thereon within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

It shall be ensured that an elected managing committee assumes office to mann the affairs of the second respondent Society. Every endeavour shall be made to complete the process of election on or before 30.09.2015. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
