JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who was the Manager of an aided Higher Secondary School, appointed two teachers as HSST Juniors in English and Maths with effect from 18.03.2013 and 13.09.2013 respectively. In connection with the grant of approval to the said appointments, the petitioner had preferred Exts.P2 and P4 appeals in respect of both the teachers before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeals expeditiously
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 and P4 appeals preferred by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further action. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE mns
