J U D G M E N T

Seeking positive direction against the respondent university for revaluation of the petitioner's answer sheets and for publication of results at an early date, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University. 3.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university, on instructions, submitted that the last date for receiving applications for revaluation is 02.07.2015 and the revaluation would be completed within a period of two months thereafter.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent university to complete the revaluation within the aforesaid time and to publish the results immediately thereafter.
