J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has come up before this Court for a direction against the respondent university to revalue the answer sheets of the petitioner without any delay. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University. 3.
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university, on instructions, submitted that the revaluation would be over within a period of 45 days from the last date of receipt of the application by the concerned centre. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent university to complete the revaluation process within the aforesaid time and to publish the results immediately thereafter.
