Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.

This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Learned State Attorney on instructions would submit that the petitioner was contacted in connection with a complaint filed by the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner rushed to the court and filed this writ petition. It is submitted that a crime has already been registered against the petitioner as Crime No.914 of 2015.

From the facts brought on record and as stated by the learned State Attorney, we do not find that it is a case of police harassment.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and it is hence, dismissed.
