JUDGMENT

In connection with the approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Corporate Manager, the Secretary of the Educational Agency has preferred Ext.P13 appeal, against Ext.P12 order of the 4th respondent. The prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent, before whom Ext.P13 appeal is pending, to consider and pass orders on the same expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner, and taking note of Ext.P7 Circular issued by the 1st respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P13 appeal, after hearing the petitioner and the appellant, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. While passing orders on Ext.P13 appeal, the 2nd respondent shall take note of Ext.P7 Circular, that was issued by the 1st

W.P.(C).No.19003 of 2015 respondent, as also the contents of Ext.P14 reminder that has been submitted by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent. To enable the 2nd respondent to do so, I direct the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
