JUDGMENT

The petitioner objects to the construction of a public toilet near his house. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity to produce documents and put forth his contentions. The status quo as on today shall continue till orders are passed on Ext.P2 representation as directed above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
