This writ petition is filed in the year 2006. This case is posted before me in defect list for the reason that, service of notice has not been completed on the 1st respondent, so far. I notice that, though the matter was posted before the Registrar Judicial on 24.06.2011, there was no representation. It is for the said reason that, the matter was posted before the Court on 20.07.2011. When the matter was taken up by the Court also, there was no representation. In spite of the above, ten days time was granted. It is in the above circumstances that, the matter comes up before me. There is no representation today also.
It is obvious that, the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- K.SURENDRA MOHAN, JUDGE.
