JUDGMENT

The petitioner has come up before this Court seeking the following reliefs:

i) Call for the records leading to Ext.P10 and set aside the same by issuing a writ of certiorari;

ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent to consider Exts.P2 and P3 applications submitted by the petitioner for replacement as well as renewal and grant and issue the same without any further delay.

iii) issue appropriate writ, order or direction tot he respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner to conduct service on the route Sreekantapuram-Kannur in continuation of Ext.P7 temporary permit, taking note of Exts.P6 order issued by the STAT.

2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the replacement as well as the renewal were granted to the petitioner, though the petitioner was driven to the risk of
