J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, which was submitted by the petitioner for reissue of substitute temporary permit. 2.

The petitioner is operating service on the route between Madhavapuram and Thrikkannapuram on the basis of substitute temporary permit, which is issued in place of defaulted service of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL16/8330, and the same is valid till 13.07.2015. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application for reissue of temporary permit. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondent in considering Ext.P2, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the prayer, the writ petition

W.P.(C) No. 19032 of 2015 ..2..

is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, the petitioner shall be at liberty to produce a copy of this judgment as well as a copy of this writ petition before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
