2.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that at the instance of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner is being harassed by the police authorities. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent was assisting the petitioner in the management of a bus bearing registration No.KL-7AG-8030, which was purchased by the petitioner for operation as substitute service. 3.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that a complaint was received from the 3rd respondent that the bus was purchased by both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, but the petitioner sold the same without informing him. The police authorities, after making enquiry, had come to a conclusion that the dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent is of a civil nature and hence, the complaint was closed.

W.P.(C) No.19124 of 2015 -: 2 :- We do not find any case of police harassment. Hence, this writ petition is closed.
