J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P6 representation, which, according to him, has been filed as per the norms of transfer. That would be a matter which has to be considered by the 2nd respondent.

In such circumstance, the petitioner shall be informed of a date within two weeks from the date of this judgment, on which date the petitioner shall appear before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall consider the same within one week from the date of appearance. The transfer, since it has been stayed in the above writ petition, shall stand stayed till orders are passed. After orders are passed the petitioner's placement shall be governed by such orders. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merits. The petitioner may produce any

W.P.(C) No. 19188/2015 -2document to substantiate his contention and it is also made clear that this Court has neither looked into any guidelines nor any findings on merits entered into, as to the sustainability of the transfer order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
