JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is the Manager of the Vanimel M.U.P School, appointed the 4th respondent as UPSA with effect from 30.11.2013 in a promotion vacancy. When the matter was sent for approval, the Educational authority denied approval to the said appointment. Against Ext.P2 order of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner preferred Ext.P5 appeal before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 appeal expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 appeal preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one

W.P.(C).No.19189 of 2015 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further action.
