J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is working as a Melsanthi at Aniyil Sree Krishnaswamy Temply, is aggrieved by the order of transfer, whereby, he has been transferred to Tripunithura Devaswom. Agitating his grievance, he has preferred Ext.P3 representation before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioner, at this stage, is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation expeditiously, and to keep in abeyance Ext.P2 transfer order, in the meanwhile.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Board. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a period of

W.P.(C).No.19228/2015 one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. Till such time as orders are passed by the 1st respondent, as directed, and communicated to the petitioner, Ext.P2 order of transfer, to the extent it pertains to the petitioner, shall be kept in abeyance. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of the I.A. [I.A.No.9224/2015] and a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent, for further action.
