J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks disbursement of pensionary benefits. The petitioner asserts that the disciplinary proceedings have come to an end. Ext.P2 representation filed for disbursement is pending.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner. The eligible retiral benefits shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
