J U D G M E N T

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that since the filing of the writ petition, the Government has sanctioned the necessary posts in the School for the Higher Secondary Course, except in Arabic. It is the submission of counsel for the petitioner that in the light of the said development, the writ petition can be closed as infructuous without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach this Court in the event of Arabic posts not being sanctioned.
