JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court for scrutiny and revaluation of her answer sheets in 'Practical Auditing' in the sixth semester B.Com Examination.

The petitioner had applied for revaluation and scrutiny of answer sheets in the paper 'Practical Auditing' of her sixth semester B.Com Examination as per Exts. P3 and P4. The petitioner alleges that she has obtained O.48 G.P.A. (Grade Point Average) as per Ext.P2 whereas the required G.P.A for pass is 0.50. The petitioner requires the revaluation mark list by the month of September, 2015 since she has joined for P.G. Diploma in Airport Station Management. It is understood that there would be considerable delay in revaluation and scrutiny; it is alleged.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University on

W.P.(C) No.19393 of 2015 -2instructions submitted that the last date of receipt of application for revaluation by the concerned centres was 30.6.2015 and the scrutiny would be over by 15.7.2015. Thereafter, a further time of 60 days is required to complete the revaluation.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent University to conduct the revaluation of the petitioner's answer sheet within the aforesaid time frame and publish the result without delay. Sd/- A.V. RAMAKRISHNA PILLAI JUDGE Scl.
