JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the non payment of retirement benefits due to her pursuant to her retirement from the respondent University, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 representation before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, expeditiously.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent University.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent for further action.
