JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is an HSA in English, is aggrieved by the non approval of her appointment for the period from 19.06.2006 to 01.06.2011. In connection with the said grievance, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, within a specified time frame.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent for further action.
