JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is aggrieved by the denial of approval to her appointment as UPSA for the period from 01.06.2009 to 31.05.2011, has preferred Ext.P6 revision petition before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition filed by the petitioner, within a specified time frame.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent, for further action.
