J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P3, which is a request to proceed under the Kerala Land Conservancy Act, 1957, to remove the encroachment of the public pathway by the 4th respondent. In the nature of the orders to be passed, this Court is of the opinion that no notice need be issued to the 4th respondent. 2.

Considering the confined prayer, Ext.P3 shall be disposed of by the 1st respondent after hearing the writ petitioner as also the 4th respondent and if necessary, after conducting a physical inspection through the 3rd respondent, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment. Writ Petition is disposed of.
