JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 and take necessary steps in the matter. Reference to Ext.P2 indicates that the requirement of the petitioner is to get back the document presented before the second respondent. Apparently there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the second respondent, which cannot be interfered by the police.

In such circumstances, there being no merit in the writ petition, the same is dismissed.
