JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as HSST (Junior), the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation, expeditiously. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation preferred by the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
