JUDGMENT

The petitioner, impugning Ext.P1 Assessment Order, filed Ext.P3 appeal before the second respondent along with Ext.P7 stay application. The petitioner also filed Ext.P5 delay condonation petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the delay condonation petition and the stay application within a period of two months after issuing notice to the petitioner. Till the disposal of stay application, all recovery proceedings based on the Assessment Order shall be kept in abeyance.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
