J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J.
This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection alleging illegal acts on the part of the 4th respondent. An interim order had been passed by this Court on 10.9.2013, by which, there was a direction to the 3rd respondent to afford adequate police protection to the life of the petitioners. 2.
The issue between the petitioners as well as the 4th respondent was relating to a pathway. This Court had already observed in the interim order dated 10.9.2013 that the parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate civil court for necessary relief in regard to the dispute regarding the road in question.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the parties have seen summoned to the police station and they were asked to maintain law and order.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we do not
W.P.(C) No.22198 of 2013 -: 2 :- think it necessary to pass any further direction in this writ petition. However, we make it clear that if there is any further cause of action, it would be open for the petitioners to approach the police, who shall look into the matter.
This writ petition is closed accordingly.
