J U D G M E N T

The dispute relates to drawing of electricity supply line across the property of the petitioner. The petitioner had sought for certified copy of the documents filed by the seventh respondent. Exts.P3 and P5 applications were accordingly filed by the petitioner for obtaining the certified copy.

2. The petitioner apprehends termination of proceedings even before the copies are furnished. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the copies are available for supply to the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to obtain the certified copy of the documents within a week from today. A prayer is also made to summon a few documents from the various offices. Whether those documents require to be summoned in a summary enquiry of this nature is a matter for the third respondent to consider.

3. I direct the third respondent to complete the hearing and take the proceedings to a logical end. The needful shall be done within a period of one month
