JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks re-computation of the monthly pension and other retiral benefits. The leave without allowance availed prior to 10.06.2010 is sought to be reckoned as qualifying service for pension. The petitioner also prays for disbursement of arrears of monthly pension and other retiral benefits after revision.

Ext. P4 representation filed by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. Ext. P3 order issued by the first respondent in this regard shall be adverted to. Final orders shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
