JUDGMENT
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the third respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P2 complaint and to ensure that the buses in the route made mention of in Ext.P2 are plying as per route permit only.
2.
The petitioner is a resident of Maniyaparambu at Kottayam District. The petitioner alleges that he usually travels between Kottaym to Maniyaparambu in the private buses in the above route. There are few private buses in the above route. Even though these buses are holding permit in the route Kottayam to Maniyaparambu, they are ending their trips at Kottayam Medical College, mid-way in their route. This causes much inconvenience to the residents in 7 K.m. distance from Medical College to Maniyaparambu. The third respondent is not taking any action in the violation of route permit. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this
W.P.(C) No.19638 of 2015 -2Court.
3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter. As the only prayer in this writ petition is to consider Ext.P2 complaint and pass appropriate orders thereon, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The respondent shall ensure that buses in the routes made mention of in Ext.P2 are plying as per the route permit only. Sd/- A.V. RAMAKRISHNA PILLAI JUDGE Scl.
