Aggrieved by the non-approval of the appointment of the 1st petitioner as an LPSA, citing pendency of a management dispute, the 2nd petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the 2nd respondent. In the writ petition, the limited prayer of the 2nd petitioner is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing the 2nd petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, after hearing the 2nd petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
W.P.(C).No.19677/2015 judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
