J U D G M E N T

The petitioners are working as Drivers in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. They allege that they had to stand by on 28.9.2014 as the regular bus service from Pala to Bangalore was cancelled.

2. The petitioners have submitted Ext.P2 representation seeking grant of standby attendance on that count. The said representation is pending disposal with the first respondent without any orders being passed.

3.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioners. Steps to grant the standby attendance if admissible shall be taken without delay.
