JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of an Arabic Teacher (Part time), the petitioner as well as the Manager of the School have preferred Exts.P6 and P5 revision petitions respectively, before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner and the Manager of the School. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6 revision petitions, after hearing the petitioner and the Manager of the School, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
