JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who was appointed as a Head Master, is aggrieved by the denial of approval of the said appointment. Agitating his grievance, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 representation before the 4th respondent and the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P6 representation, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
