JUDGMENT
The petitioner has come up before this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the revaluation. 2.
The petitioner was B.Com (Finance Taxation) student of the third respondent college for the academic year 2012-2015. The petitioner alleges that when the result of the 5th semester examination was published, he was shocked to know that he was declared failed for the 'Special Accounting' paper. As the petitioner did not have got the expected marks, he has submitted application for scrutiny and revaluation of the said paper before the second respondent. The petitioner further alleges that any delay in completion of the revaluation process, would adversely affect the future of the petitioner. 3.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university would
