J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging harassment by respondents 3 to 5. Petitioner's case is that he is a business man. It is stated that a complaint has been lodged by M/s.Santhom Metacast Pvt. Ltd., Kottayam alleging that they have sustained loss in the business due to the alleged acts committed by the petitioner. The petitioner submits that he has no dealings with the said company.

Learned Government Pleader points out that a notice dated 6.6.2015 has been issued to the petitioner, calling upon the petitioner to appear in connection with a complaint received by the 3rd respondent. On receipt of the notice, the petitioner immediately rushed to this Court alleging police harassment. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no crime has yet been registered against the petitioner.
