JUDGMENT
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent for revision of his own timings.
2.
The petitioner is conducting a stage carriage operating between Kozhikode and Koolimadu via Mukkom with his stage carriage KL-17/8341. The petitioner alleges that on account of changes effected in timings in respect of other services operating on the very same route and sectors of the route, there arose vacant timings. Therefore, the modification in the time schedule in respect of the petitioner's service has become absolutely essential. The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application seeking modification of the time schedule of his service. However, the respondent has not considered the same so far.
3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter.
W.P.(C) No. 20006 of 2015 -2Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application, after affording the petitioner and the affected operators, an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
