JUDGMENT

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent for revision of his own timings.

2.

The petitioner is conducting three stage carriages operating between Thrissur and Palakkad with his stage carriages KL-08/AF 2131, KL-49/4646 and KL-08/AN 7106. The petitioner alleges that as per the existing timings, the first service which arrives at the terminus is departing as the last service in certain trips. The trip which arrives last have to return first to the terminus. If necessary changes are made directing operation in first come - first go basis, the same will be highly beneficial for the feasible operation and efficient operation of the service. This will not affect any of the other services since the modification sought is the timing at which the petitioner is already conducting service with his stage carriages. In view of the above circumstances, the petitioner

W.P.(C) No. 20007 of 2015 -2filed Ext.P1 application for modification of the time schedule in respect of his services. However, the respondent has not considered the same so far.

3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application, after affording the petitioner and the affected operators, an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
