JUDGMENT

The petitioner has evidently not produced the current records of the vehicle to be substituted within the time stipulated in WP(C) No. 26737/2014. Such time was stipulated while directing the issue of a clearance certificate in respect of the vehicle which was plying on the route earlier. 2.

The remedy of the petitioner is to apply for extension of time in WP(C) No. 26737/2014 in the circumstances. The present writ petition seeking extension of time fixed in WP(C) No. 26737/2014 is obviously not maintainable. The Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner as indicated above.
