J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is seeking a direction to implement Ext.P1 order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in MVARP No.19/2015. According to the petitioner, the direction was specific to reconsider the request for variation by set asiding the rejected order of the respondent.

The learned senior Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that as directed in the last RTA meeting, report from the Secretary is awaited. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to implement Ext.P1, taking into account the submission of the petitioner that there is a service of stage carriage bearing Reg.No.KL-9/X 757 after the petitioner's service.
