JUDGMENT
The petitioners are seeking the benefit of additional increment in the post of Assistant Engineers under the Kerala State Electricity Board. Agitating their grievance, the 1st petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation before the 3rd respondent. The other petitioners are similarly placed as the 1st petitioner. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioners. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation, after hearing the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of
