JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, his workers and vehicles in the matter relating to conduct of business under the name and style 'K.M. Stores'.

2. It is alleged that respondents 4 and 5 and their men are obstructing the loading and unloading work done in the business premises by his own workers. It is mentioned that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner had already made arrangements for getting registration of his permanent employees.

3. Learned counsel for private respondents submits that already an agreement has been entered into with the respective Unions and their members with regard to the loading and unloading work in the business premises of petitioner. We record the above submission.

4. In the said circumstances we do not think that any further directions are required to be passed in this case. However, we make it clear that if any further cause of action arises, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
