J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P3 application filed under Section 81(1)(f) of the Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963 (for brevity 'the Act of 1963'). The application is seen filed only on 19.06.2015. The 1st respondent definitely will have to look at the applications pending before it and dispose of the same at any rate within a period of three months from today. The petitioner shall not be dispossessed until the consideration is made and later the issue shall be governed by such orders passed.
The writ petition is disposed of.
